SPRING Camp Daily  Schedule

8:50 AM - Arrival

Participants arrive and check-in with camp staff. Parents or guardians are welcomed and briefed on the day's activities.

9:00 AM - Speed, Agility, Quickness & Footwork

The camp kicks off with dynamic warm-up exercises focused on improving speed, agility, quickness, and footwork skills essential for goalkeepers and strikers.

9:30 AM - Technical Stations

Participants rotate through three technical stations, each lasting 30 minutes, where they receive specialized training and instruction on various aspects of goalkeeping and striking techniques.

10:30 AM - Game Situation Drills

Participants engage in game situation drills that simulate real-match scenarios, allowing them to apply their technical skills and tactical understanding in practical situations.

11:30 AM Small Sided Scrimmages

Players are divided into teams for small-sided scrimmage matches, providing opportunities to practice teamwork, decision-making, and game strategy in a controlled environment.

11:55 AM Positive Feedback Huddle

Coaches gather participants for a brief regrouping session, providing positive feedback, encouragement, and constructive criticism to help players improve and grow.

12:00 PM Departure

The camp day concludes, and participants depart from the venue. Parents or guardians pick up their children, reflecting on the day's activities and looking forward to the next day of camp.
