2-Hour Goalkeeper & Striker Clinic!
Sign your goalkeeper or striker up for our 2-hour Clinic on Monday, October 14, 2024, at Allen and Rowlett! They’ll train with top coaches, sharpen their skills, and level up their game. Don’t miss out!
Session Breakdown
We begin with a dynamic SAQ warm-up as a group. Next, players will separate into groups with their position specific coaches to focus on technical training. Strikers and goalkeepers will then merge to compete in functional activities. We conclude the session with small-sided or conditioned games which allow our players to refine their game time decisions.
SAQ Warm-up
We start our session with a speed, agility, and quickness warm-up, which will get our players prepared for the intense training ahead.
Positional Technical Training
Players will train in position-specific groups, each with a dedicated coach, focusing on various technical activities steaming from our specialized curriculum.
Functional Technical Training
Strikers and goalkeepers will face-off in competitive functional activities, building on their prior technical training. This approach helps players practice in more game-realistic scenarios.
Conditioned Games
Training sessions will conclude with small-sided or conditioned games, allowing players to focus on game situational decisions and excel in their positions.
